Check whether the address is inside Kissimmee or St. Cloud, which issue their own permits. Otherwise the permit belongs to Osceola County Community Development Department, Building Office.

No online permit search could be confirmed for Osceola County. Contact Osceola County Community Development Department, Building Office at 407-742-0200 to look up a permit.
Have the property details ready
