These terms describe the intended use of Permit Press. Read the Privacy and Billing pages and the terms displayed at checkout before using paid features. Questions can be sent to collin@try.permit.press.
Independent public-record monitoring
Permit Press is an independent service. It is not a government agency and is not endorsed by the agencies whose records it collects. We organize information from covered public sources so you can search and monitor it.
Verify before you act
Coverage, fields, and update schedules differ by source. Collection can be delayed or interrupted. A record may be incomplete, corrected, duplicated across agencies, or changed after collection. A first-seen date describes when Permit Press first observed a record; it may not be the date an application was filed or a project began.
Check the linked government source and relevant professionals before relying on a record. A permit or filing does not establish that a project is available for bids, lacks a contractor, will proceed, or will produce a sale. Permit Press does not guarantee complete coverage, real-time updates, results, or the legal effect of a record.
Accounts and paid access
Keep your sign-in details secure and provide information that lets us operate your account. Use only accounts and payment methods you are authorized to use. Feature access depends on the account and subscription state shown by the service. The Billing page explains where to check renewal, cancellation, and refund information.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service for harassment, unlawful discrimination, deceptive outreach, unauthorized access, or attempts to bypass access controls or disrupt the service. A public record does not grant permission to send marketing messages. You are responsible for applicable contact restrictions, opt-outs, and other rules governing your use.
Do not use Permit Press information to determine an individual's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment, housing, or tenancy. Permit Press is not offered as a consumer-reporting service. Additional source-specific use notes remain available on the Legal page.
Questions and service changes
Sources and features may change as access and coverage change. Contact collin@try.permit.press about account access, suspected misuse, or a concern with these terms. Nothing on this page removes rights that applicable law does not allow to be waived.
