Collection schedules and publication delays vary by source. Check the source and its latest available record before treating a feed as current. Permit Press does not promise real-time updates for every jurisdiction.
How can I request coverage for my city or county?
Use the coverage request page to name the city or county and the records you need. A request does not mean that a source is already connected or that coverage is guaranteed.
Are Permit Press records complete and authoritative?
No. Permit Press presents data from covered public sources. Records can be delayed, incomplete, or changed after collection. The publishing agency is the authority for its records.
Does a permit or filing mean a project needs a contractor?
No. A public record documents what its source reports. It does not establish that work is available, that a buyer needs a service, or that anyone consents to outreach.
How do I ask about a record or correct source information?
