Account and billing help

Tell us what you need help with and the email address on your account. Do not send a password, payment-card details, or a sign-in link. You can also open Manage billing from your account when a billing portal is available.

Coverage and source questions

Include the public source link and the county or city you are asking about. Permit Press collects from covered sources on a schedule. A record may be incomplete or may have changed since it was collected. The issuing agency is the authority for its records.

Privacy and deletion requests

You can ask about information associated with your account or request deletion by email. We may need to verify that the request is yours. If your request concerns an underlying government record, we can explain what Permit Press holds; correcting the government source requires contacting that agency.
